You Can Count On

• Average Pay: $80,000.
• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, depending on experience.
• 3rd shift–overnight.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect the bill of lading and verify keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer to the destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver logs (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver the product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL‑A Teammate

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year (or 50,000 verifiable miles) of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
