Job Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll manage a million‑plus dollar‑a‑year restaurant, driving business disciplines in Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Controls.

Essential Job Requirements
- Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Outgoing personality.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver a quality product to guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
- Inventory management.
- Bank deposits.
- Training.
- Performance appraisals.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
