We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts for fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is highly organized, and enjoys identifying top talent across creative, marketing, and ecommerce roles.
The Junior Recruiter will manage multiple open roles simultaneously, source and screen candidates, and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. This position requires someone who understands the pace and demands of startup ecommerce businesses, has experience recruiting for creative and digital roles, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great hiring experience.
Responsibilities- Support high-volume recruiting across creative, marketing, and ecommerce roles.
- Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Post and manage job listings through Bamboo
HR, ensuring roles are distributed to job boards. - Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within Bamboo
HR ATS. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in DTC ecommerce or startup environments.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
- Proven experience recruiting for creative, marketing, ecommerce, or digital roles.
- Hands-on experience using Bamboo
HR as an Applicant Tracking System. - Strong experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and Linked In Recruiter.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with hiring roles such as graphic designers, video editors, performance marketers, ecommerce managers, and content creators.
