Corporate & M&A Associate | International Deal Exposure

Our client is a leading independent Belgian law firm, advising top-tier companies, and is looking for a Corporate & M&A Associate to strengthen its deal team.

Advising Belgian and international clients on  domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Working on  private equity deals , joint ventures and strategic investments
Assisting with  corporate restructurings  and broader corporate advisory work
Collaborating with banking and finance teams on  acquisition financing
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
Being involved in  corporate litigation aspects  linked to transactions when relevant

Experience : 3–7 years' experience in Corporate/M&A within a law firm
Languages :
Fluent Dutch + strong working knowledge of English and French
Qualifications :
Belgian-qualified lawyer with a solid academic background

Exposure to  high-end (inter) national transactions
