Technical Services Representative

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Representative to join our team in Ohio.

• Survey and physically inspect roofing systems.
• Write and assemble roof inspection/survey of findings and make recommendations for improvement.
• Attend pre-bid and construction meetings for roof replacement.
• Manage onsite construction for clients to ensure contractors are performing. Provide daily report of progress.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Registered Roof Observer certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial roofing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing, manufacturing, and warranty.
• General knowledge of moisture detection and the inspection process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and be flexible regarding workload and assignments.
• Ability to exercise judgment.

• Valid Driver's License
• 50% local travel required.
• 50% overnight travel required.
• Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.
• Capable of climbing a 40-foot ladder.
• Comfortable working on roof tops of buildings up to 103 stories tall.
• Ability to work outside on all types of weather conditions.
