Sales Consultant

Brunswick Auto Mart is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with automotive sales experience; however, we are also willing to train highly motivated candidates who are eager to learn and build a successful career in automotive sales.

The ideal candidate is professional, driven, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through delivery and follow-up.

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance through test drives and product presentations
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a transparent, pressure-free buying experience
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, product features, financing options, and promotions
• Utilize dealership CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions
• Complete all required product and sales training programs
• Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth sales process
• Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a retail schedule
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete all required dealership and manufacturer training programs
