Right now, we’re looking for a full-time Director of Business Development aka Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing leadership team.

- Acting as a trusted ambassador for Fiorilli Construction with owners, clients, and vendors
- Spearheading outreach efforts, client engagement, and new business development
- Participating in strategic presentations to secure new opportunities
- Assisting in company-wide sales strategy, vision, and business planning
- Researching new markets ("new lanes"), identifying key contacts, and developing relationships
- Serving as a key interface between sales, preconstruction, and business development teams
- Attending client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationships
- Representing Fiorilli Construction at all required trade shows and ceremonial events
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to ensure successful trade show preparation
- Providing feedback and insights after each event to improve future performance
- Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Ensuring all client and prospect inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Leveraging team resources to resolve challenges and ensure "Very Satisfied" clients
- Accurately identifying and forecasting potential sales opportunities
- Managing Sales team accountability and processes, as well as preconstruction activities
- Managing and optimizing sales processes within HUBSPOT CRM
- Analyzing complex business challenges and implementing effective solutions
- Communicating clearly and effectively across departments
- Demonstrating strong technical proficiency with company software and tools
- Upholding strict confidentiality and maintaining trust with clients, coworkers, and vendors
- 5+ years of experience in client relations, business development, sales leadership, or account management
- Proven track record in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic sales
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop actionable strategies
