Job title: Senior Accountant
Location: On-site in Brunswick, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

• Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial statements

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations

• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed

• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions

• Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development

• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Compliance

Qualifications (Senior Accountant):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial information
