Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic I role performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry. Responds to maintenance emergencies, performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

  Trade school or equivalent training and experience required.
• License/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Boiler training certificate, or application submitted at time of hire required. State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date. Valid Driver’s License required.
