Mid Coast Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift) to join our 11‑bed Intensive Care Unit on a 13‑week travel assignment (March 22 – June 20, 2026).

36 per week
- Unit Type:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Beds: 11
- Patient Ratios: 2–3 patients per RN, based on acuity
- EMR:
Epic - Float Requirements:
Rare; travelers are typically not asked to float - Call Requirements:
May be placed on call during low census/acuity periods

Variable - Experience
Required:
Minimum 2 years preferred; unit accepts variable experience
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Active ME RN License
- Strong ICU clinical experience
- Ability to manage mixed‑acuity patients
- Proficiency with Epic or ability to learn quickly
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience in similar community hospital ICU settings
- Mixed acuity ICU patients requiring critical care monitoring and interventions
