Director of Sales And Business Development

Overview

Concorde Aerospace, a FAA Part 145 Repair Station, is hiring a Director of Sales and Business Development to be a part of our growing maintenance operations in Brunswick, Maine.

Experience with Bombardier Global, Gulfstream G-IV & above is preferred.

• 160,000 sq ft facility with multiple maintenance bays
• Specializing in large cabin corporate aviation
• FAA Part 145/Part 135 experience with comprehensive capabilities
• Nimble, responsive service with major facility capacity
• Established facility and 20-person team based in Brunswick, Maine
• Capabilities across Bombardier, Dassault, Gulfstream, Textron aircraft

• 7+ years in sales & business development in Part 145/135 MRO
• Existing relationships with aircraft management companies, pilots, or reps
• Ideally some technical background: to engage with Fleet Reps and Heads of Maintenance
• Entrepreneurial mindset:
  Self-starter who wants to be part of building a business
• Leadership traits:
  Positive attitude, professional demeanour, clear communication

• Proactive outreach, engagement, and sales execution with new clients (virtually and in-person)
• Develop and manage a customer and opportunity pipeline
• Create and oversee marketing strategy and budget, including industry insights & innovation
• Work with Head of Maintenance to manage job scheduling & planning, to ensure consistent workload
• Ensure excellent customer experience before, during, and after project delivery
• Procure customer and industry feedback, and work with broader team to improve company offering and performance
• Work with Head of Maintenance to manage billing and quoting
• Work with business owners on broader company strategy and business-building initiatives
• Meaningful travel expected
