Interim Technical Manager – Mölnlycke Health Care

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance and engineering teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee CMMS migration (mid‑2026) and optimize maintenance planning.
  • Develop predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with operations and uphold a strong safety culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in Technology or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on leadership style.
  • Experience implementing TPM and managing CMMS systems.
  • Ability to lead teams through change and upskill talent.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and efficiency metrics.
Preferred
  • Background in medical device manufacturing.
  • Understanding of process technology and facilities management.

Work Schedule
