Sign-on Bonuses for Clinical Nursing Assistants (CNA):

  • $2,500 for 0-1 years of experience (full-time)
  • $4,000 for 1+ years of experience (full-time)

Bonus eligibility applies to candidates hired (offer accepted) into a full or part-time CNA position. Bonus amounts are prorated for part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible.

Current Maine Health employees are ineligible; former Maine Health employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.

About the Facility: Mid Coast Senior Health Center offers multiple levels of care in one location, enabling individuals to live with maximum independence while receiving appropriate, personalized care that promotes quality of life.

Position Summary: This position involves 32 hours per week, day shifts. The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care assists in administering nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing various direct and indirect care duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    Current applicable state license as a CNA required. BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience:

    Relevant experience preferred.
