• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction.
• Making outside calls to generate leads / following up on lead inquiries.
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers.
• Admin duties such as scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies.

Bring your skills and achieve success.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
