- Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction.
- Making outside calls to generate leads / following up on lead inquiries.
- Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers.
- Admin duties such as scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies.

Required Qualifications- 1–2 years of experience in customer service required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
