Residential Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete all general garage door maintenance and service calls.
• Establish customer rapport, presenting the right products and services.
• Ask proper questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities and create referral opportunities to our retail team.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
• Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and stellar reviews.
• Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure success of the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and correctly inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.

Requirements

• Working mechanical knowledge and open to being certified through our internal training program.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Advanced social skills and ability to make connections.
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

Full-Time /

Schedule:

• 8 hour + shift, OT Pay

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating Weekends

A valid and clear Driver's License is required

Pay:

• Earn hourly training pay while attending our 3-week free Paid Training!

• Earn $50K, 60K, 70K or more ++ with our performance pay plan
