The Lead Maintenance Tech is responsible for:

* Completing work orders as assigned

* Providing routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance

* Apartment make readies and turns

* Working closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly

* Maintaining property curb appeal

* Providing excellent customer service to residents

* All other duties as assigned

* Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Requirements:

* HVAC experience and EPA certification

* Carpentry, plumbing, & basic electrical skills

* Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to and from work

* Provide own tools

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

* Strong communication & organizational skills
