Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouses, yards, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points and truck and/or trailer traffic by observing arrivals and departures, assisting with visitor and driver check-in as directed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as needed and completing required documentation;
Perform routine security-related inspections such as checking gates, doors, lights, and alarm indicators where applicable, and communicating maintenance or operational concerns through the designated reporting channels
