Role Summary

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

What You’ll Do

Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced role can be physically demanding.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
