• Greet teammates and customers, proactively assisting athletes with their shopping needs.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed according to our established programs and procedures; keep the backroom organized and accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and other freight-related tasks.
• Deliver a company‑defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service‑level standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
