OverviewAs a Store Manager, lead a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Drive sales, develop staff, and ensure an EPIC customer experience aligned with our pillars of Education, Product, Inspiration and Community.
Responsibilities- When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on budget, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
- Maintain a strong store presentation and appearance.
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop and train store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
