Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Orthopedic / Pain Management

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team specializing in Orthopedic and Interventional Pain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation: $125K

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of orthopedic and chronic pain conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, labs, MRIs)
• Perform in-office procedures including joint and trigger point injections, PRP, and IV therapy
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
• Review imaging studies and communicate findings clearly to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA license in Georgia
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• 2+ years of clinical experience in orthopedics, spine, or pain management
• Knowledge of spinal pathology, including herniated discs and radiculopathy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
