Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance of tooling
- Perform machinist work on all tool room equipment
- Recognize and recommend process and tooling improvements
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting tool and equipment problems in press
- Design and rebuild tooling as required for engineering changes
- Set dies and feed equipment
Required:
- Experience with progressive dies and forming and bending with material from .020” to .250”
- Strong abilities in troubleshooting dies
