Join our Welding Fabrication Team at PAR Systems
, a leader in engineered solutions for naval and maritime systems. As a Senior Fabricator, you will use advanced welding techniques—including GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW—to fabricate mission‑critical components to exacting MILSPEC standards.

• Fabricate, fit, and weld intricate steel structures using GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, and SAW techniques.
• Maintain multiple weld certifications, troubleshoot equipment, and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Mentor junior fabricators, model best practices, and help foster a culture of learning and craftsmanship.
• Achieve production goals while upholding quality and safety standards in a high‑output manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of advanced welding experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Current certifications in GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Skilled in MILSPEC‑level fabrication and qualified to pass advanced weld qualification tests, including 6G pipe.
• Proficient with forklifts, cranes, precision measurement tools, and GD&T.
• U.S. person.

• Technical school diploma or additional advanced fabrication certifications.
• SAW welding and setup experience.
• Master Rigger certification.
• Experience with aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and nickel alloy.
