We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing Brunswick office. Our practice handles a high volume of cases, primarily involving premises liability and commercial vehicle accidents.
We are open to remote candidates who live within 2 hours of our Brunswick, Georgia office.

• Manage and litigate cases independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Participate in depositions, including plaintiffs and expert witnesses.
• Work full-time in the office to foster collaboration and learning is preferred, although the ability to work remotely for those candidates who do not in the Brunswick area will be considered.
• Engage in trial preparation and potentially attend trials alongside senior attorneys.

• 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil law.
• Strong trial preparation skills and experience with depositions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to office culture and collaboration.
