Pay: $26–$31/hour ($54k - $64k annually)
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On‑Call: Every other 2 weeks (paid increments)
Travel: Light local travel (mileage reimbursed)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Work tickets submitted by end users through the ticketing system, documenting issues, troubleshooting steps, and updates accurately
- Provide hands‑on break/fix support, including replacing computers and devices
- Deliver on‑site desktop support in a fast‑paced hospital environment
- Prioritize incoming tickets and tasks to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency
- Deliver clear, patient, and solutions‑oriented customer service to ensure a positive end‑user experience
- Collaborate closely with IT team members and staff to resolve issues and support ongoing
- 2+ years Tier 2 Desktop Support experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification (required)
- Experience working from a ticket queue
- Comfortable supporting end users in person
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up
