Job Title:

IT Technical Support Specialist Work Permit: US Citizen due to the government contract. Clearance:
In this job you will obtain a public trust clearance if you do not have one already.

Location:

Brunswick, GA Type: W2 Salaried plus benefits options, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k, Life Insurance etc.

Hours:

40 per week Monday - Friday Parking:

Job Description:

In this job you will be providing technical support to a government agency; (government end users).
You will need to have a clear background to pass the security check . You will obtain a public trust clearance while working on this contract. You will support:
Computers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices , mobile phones, printers and peripherals.
You will also do networking support for connectivity for devices like Cisco equipment.
You will help people get set up for video conference calls.
You will also make sure connections to the radios they use are working.
You will use ticketing software to log and track tickets. Please apply if you have these skills.
