Job Summary

CCGA seeks qualified part‑time faculty to teach Cyber Defense courses within the School of Business and Public Management. The applicant pool will be reviewed on an as‑needed basis, and hiring may occur up to the start date of a given semester.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Cyber Defense courses according to the college curriculum and schedule.
  • Maintain office hours, prepare lesson plans, lectures, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.
  • Submit final grades and attendance reports in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Educational Requirements: Master’s degree with a minimum of eighteen semester hours at the graduate level in cyber security, information technology, computer science, or related fields.
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CASP, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent.
  • Ability to compete/assist and train students for Capture The Flag (CTF) or other cyber competitions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Demonstrated evidence of recent, successful post‑secondary teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching online courses.
