What You'll Do- Develop accurate, strategic electrical estimates that set projects up for success
- Participate in bid walks and visualize complex industrial installations
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes for heavy industrial electrical projects
- Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track estimated vs. actual costs and support post-project reviews
- Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
- Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review
Territory: Industrial clients within a 100-mile radius of Savannah

Competitive Pay: $81,120 – 87,360 base + quarterly bonus
Company Vehicle: Truck + fuel card (drive to/from home)
Flexible Start: ~50% of days start directly at local job sites

Who We're Looking For- 5+ years of hands-on journeyman-level electrical experience
- 2–3 years of electrical estimating in heavy industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems & construction practices
- Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Team player with ownership and pride in their work
- Ready to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact
