What You'll Do- Perform detailed, accurate quantity takeoffs and calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Assemble comprehensive big packages, proposals, and tender documents, including scope clarifications and technical requirements.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes for heavy industrial electrical projects.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site tours to assess job site conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review.
Territory: Industrial clients within an 80-mile radius of Brunswick

Competitive Pay: $81,120 - 87,360 base + quarterly bonus
Company Vehicle: Truck + fuel card (drive to/from home)
Flexible Start: ~50% of days start directly at local job sites

Who We're Looking For- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience (preferably industrial)
- 2-3 years of bid estimating experience
- Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, Sage, Excel, etc.)
- Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Team player with ownership and pride in their work
