About Us

We’re Community Integrated Care - one of the UK’s biggest social care charities. We’re all about dignity, choice, and living your best life. Join us and help make “Your Life, Your Choice” a reality for thousands.

Join Us as a Bank Support Worker!

We’re looking for a positive, motivated, people-loving superstar who gets joy from making someone’s day a little brighter.

What We Do

At our Uphall service, we support vulnerable adults living in their own homes to live their best, most independent lives. We take a person‑centred approach, meaning every individual has their own tailored support plan—and you’ll play a key role in helping them thrive.

What You’ll Be Supporting With
  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Managing finances
  • Meal prep & cooking
  • Attending community groups
  • Social activities & hobbies
  • Shopping & daily living tasks

You’ll be helping people build confidence, independence, and life skills—while forming positive, trusting relationships along the way.

What We’re Looking For
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed
  • Able to communicate clearly with people who use different communication styles
  • Passionate about supporting others to grow and succeed
  • A UK driving licence holder (the gentleman we support has a house vehicle)
When You’ll Work

We provide support Monday-Sunday, including waking night shifts, and as a bank/casual worker you’ll have the freedom to pick up shifts that suit your lifestyle. Perfect if you want flexibility, variety, or extra hours without a fixed rota.

Why Join Us?
  • Work with an award-winning charity
  • Feel supported by a friendly, dedicated team
  • Make a real difference in someone’s life
  • Enjoy a role that’s meaningful, rewarding, and never boring
We’re Hiring

We know it takes someone special to work in social care—and that doesn’t always mean having experience. We hire based on values, welcoming people from all walks of life: seasoned Support Workers, Care Assistants, Veterans, those with lived experience, or even total newbies with a passion to care.
