Shift Timings: 8 am - 5 pm (No on calls/Weekends/holidays)

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Urgent Care & Family Medicine clinic. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, focusing primarily on family medicine while also managing urgent care cases. This is a great opportunity for NPs who value work‑life balance and want to be part of a collaborative, patient‑centred practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in both family medicine and urgent care settings.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, lab work, and EKGs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the EMR system (eCW).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Family Nurse Practitioner preferred).
  • Graduate of an accredited NP program.
  • Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
