Salary $24 - $30 per hour

We’re currently looking to add a skilled CNC Setup & Operator to our team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes, mills, and related production equipment
• Perform setup, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production orders
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on machines
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company and OSHA safety standards

• 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Skilled in using precision measurement tools and performing in‑process quality checks
• Basic understanding of G & M codes preferred
• Strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced production setting and support continuous improvement efforts
