Onsite - Brownwood, TX

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $17.48 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 1st shift schedule.

Are you ready to build a career you can be proud of? We are looking to fill a Utility position within our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high‑quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

• Commit to working accident free.
• Complete 5S activities within department to maintain safe working environment.
• Visually inspect units for defects by performing basic quality checks.
• Maintain records, log inspection results, and document nonconformance issues found.
• Check production documentation for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Test and assist with basic analysis as needed.
• Communicate quality concerns to production staff and management.
• Assist with implementation of quality improvement projects and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma is desirable.
• Ability to identify minor discrepancies and inconsistencies in products or processes.
• Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to clearly report quality issues and concerns to relevant personnel.
• Familiarity with data entry and quality management systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and Quality Assurance team members.

Additional Requirements

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
• Screening:
  Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability:
  Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety policies and procedures.
