Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Daytime (Mon 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM; Tue 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM; Wed 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using de-escalation techniques when possible.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter theft and other prohibited activities.
• Document incidents, observations, and unusual occurrences accurately and timely according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement as necessary while maintaining a professional presence.
• Remain visible and approachable to assist customers and staff with security-related concerns or questions.

• A valid driver’s license (as required for driving positions).
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• At least six months of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Level III armed certification required for Texas positions.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Will participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
