Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team in Payne Brownsville. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
    • Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit those needs
  • Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Keep the sales floor clean and organized
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques
    • Minimum Requirements:
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
    • Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license
    • Must have a clean driving record
