Primarily focused on increasing sales for the agency. Responsible for selling company products/services through resellers/channels in the assigned territory. Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. Maintains healthy relationships with customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Creates campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation efforts. Ensures cold calls are made on applications generated from events, all renewal quotes are prepared and followed up on, and grassroots marketing is conducted daily.

Monitors daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships. Attends sales training as needed. Responsible for developing sales reports as required.

Required: High School diploma or equivalent;
Minimum 1 year sales experience. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the P&C license within 60 days. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Computer proficiency.

Preferred: Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Behaviors: Act independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills.
