Responsibilities

• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, along with any customer issues

• Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety
• Be an integral part of our organization and help drive our Wash Dry Fold growth:

Wash & Fold

• Place, take in, receive, process, and ring up all Wash Dry Fold orders in our POS system
• Offer/share with our customers our Wash, Dry, Fold values and services
• Sort, separate, wash, dry, fold, and hang guests  laundry
• Inspect laundry for stains or damages and treat and or report as necessary
• Deliver a high-quality wash and Dry Fold experience for our customers with their laundry
• Maintain inventory of all Wash Dry Fold supplies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of proper laundry procedures and best practices
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Must be able to lift 20lbs or more on a consistent basis
• Maintain upkeep of all laundry machines and inform the leader of any maintenance needs

• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work on time and when scheduled
• Ability to multitask
