Overview
The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.
Responsibilities- Customer Service – You move around the store at a fast pace, work with all the latest merchandise, and when a customer stops to ask for assistance, there’s no one they’d rather talk to than you.
- Executes pricing and signing – You can adjust ticket prices and signage on merchandise across the store efficiently and accurately.
- Replenish and restock the store – You understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure the right styles and sizes are available.
- Receive and unload merchandise – You work with coworkers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
- Backroom standards – You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
- Omnichannel – You contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
- Merchandise strategy – You implement leadership plans for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience as goods flow to the sales floor.
- Participates in a learning environment – You absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

1-2 years retail experience.
