Warehouse Manager

Urban Signature Appliances of McAllen/Brownsville is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with the company.

• Minimum 2 years of managing a warehouse
• Knowledge of appliance installation required
• Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs. and use hand‑wheeled carts to move appliances
• Strong drive for results

• Strong execution and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of store and retail operations
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times

• The Warehouse Manager provides leadership to a core team of associates responsible for receiving and replenishment of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is well presented and product is available for sale to the customer.
• Supervises and directly participates in the delivery of merchandise to customers’ homes.
• Ensures that the store and delivery team adheres to safety policies and procedures, including protocol for maintaining delivery vehicles.
• Assists with store tasks including unloading trucks, loading customer vehicles, and moving product on the sales floor.
• Supervises hourly delivery associates and actively participates in delivery activities.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
From $9.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime and paid time off.

Schedule:

8‑hour shift, with possible occasional evenings or Saturdays.

Location:

McAllen, TX 78504 (preferably reliable commute or willing to relocate before starting work).

Experience:

Warehouse experience—1 year (preferred).
