Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with the team; and being flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares (for example, cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains an orderly work area according to company policies; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; handles fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Models high quality service and products and contributes energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans and using applicable open-door policies.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks improvements and adapts to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Actual pay will be determined by experience and may be higher depending on the location and applicable premiums. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
