RN - ER

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a solid understanding of emergency protocols, and the ability to work well within a team.

• Perform assessments and triage patients based on Emergency Severity Index (ESI) guidelines.
• Administer medications and provide patient care such as IV insertion, splinting, and wound care.
• Respond to emergencies, including code situations, and assist with intubation and CPR.
• Participate in managing trauma and critical care patients, including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis cases.
• Facilitate transport preparation for higher levels of care and ensure adherence to isolation protocols.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the Meditech system.

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (TNCC preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and triage skills.
• Trauma and cardiac alert experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
