This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and oversee unit‑level staff delegation. The RN supports the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.
EducationRequired:
Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
Preferred:
Recent acute‑care nursing experience.
Required:
State дүниlicensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing per law, with CPR, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). Additionally, AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS), PALS, or NRP as applicable.
