• Provide high-quality, safe, cost‑effective total nursing care to خودش patients.

• Perform and fulfill all HICS responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles during emergencies and disasters.
• Know the hospital’s emergency codes and adhere to hospital policies for each code.

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The RN will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and oversee unit‑level staff delegation. The RN supports the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing care, staff competency, and effective resource management.

Required:

Graduated from a state‑approved or accredited school of nursing.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.

Preferred:
Recent acute‑care nursing experience.

Required:

State дүниlicensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing per law, with CPR, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). Additionally, AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS), PALS, or NRP as applicable.
