The
** Production Clerk
** will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and shipment of orders while communicating with internal and external customers.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Plan and direct activities to load and ship priority goods.
* Relay special instructions to Distribution Associates regarding sensitive orders at the facility.
* Communicate with Corporate Transportation Department to order truckload carriers based on skid count, weight, as well as estimated pick-up time.
* Monitor urgent orders to ensure immediate attention.
* Communicate with corporate office on time-sensitive orders requiring immediate shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Communicate supply inventory of shipping materials and other necessary products.
* Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
* Count goods according to WO’s requirements
* Wrapping skids/boxing
* Other duties as assigned.
** Requirements:
*** Fluency in English and Spanish Languages with the ability to read and write in both.
* Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Primarily, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
