• Lead and supervise a team of structural fitters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of structural components.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of tasks.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and best practices to create a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met and any challenges are addressed promptly.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify precision, accuracy, and alignment of fabricated components.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the fabrication process, coordinating with the necessary teams to find effective solutions.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement within the fitter team.

• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the construction or maritime industry.
• Strong knowledge of structural fabrication techniques, materials, and assembly processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
