We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized
** Digital Fabric Printing Operator
** to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating digital printers on large rolls of fabric, ensuring high-quality output while minimizing material waste. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Operate digital fabric printers to produce high-resolution prints on large-format textile rolls.
* Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments to ensure color accuracy and consistency.
* Minimize material waste through careful planning, setup, and execution of print jobs.
* Perform manual and machine-assisted tasks such as cutting, gluing, folding, perforating, and binding printed materials.
* Assemble printed components into finished products according to specifications.
* Maintain clean printing equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance and compliance with cleanroom standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with printing machinery.
* Follow production schedules and update job status in tracking systems.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
** Qualifications Include:
*** High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.
* 1–2 years of experience in digital printing, textile production, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with operating machinery.
* Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality.
** Special Requirements:
Must Pass the HUE 100 test
