Position: District Manager JN -012026-169807

We are seeking a high‑energy District Manager to lead and support a growing portfolio of quick‑service restaurant locations in the Rio Grande Valley. This role is ideal for a results‑driven multi‑unit leader who thrives on developing people, driving sales growth, and improving profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience. The District Manager will oversee approximately 13 locations, with significant expansion planned over the next several years.

Manager Compensation And Benefits
  • Base salary range of $60,000–$68,000
  • Aggressive performance‑based bonus plan tied to sales growth and operating profit

District Manager Qualifications
  • 3+ years of multi‑unit leadership experience in QSR or large franchise systems
  • Experience managing drive‑thru locations with annual unit sales of $1M or more
  • Demonstrated success improving sales, profitability, and operational metrics
  • Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience managing labor, COGS, and R&M
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high‑performing management teams
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the district
  • Values‑driven leader with high integrity and an ownership mindset
District Manager Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for approximately 13 locations
  • Coach and develop General Managers to drive consistent execution and results
  • Grow sales through team engagement, guest focus, and local store initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, labor, food costs, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Ensure operational standards, brand execution, and compliance are consistently met
  • Foster a strong, people‑first culture aligned with company values
  • Partner with senior leadership on performance improvement and growth initiatives
  • Prepare the district for future expansion and additional location openings
