Our client, a leader in healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a Clinical Technology Support Specialist (Onsite) Brownsville, TX to join their team. As a Clinical Technology Support Specialist, you will be part of the Clinical Support Department supporting healthcare professionals and research participants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clinical Technology Support Specialist (Onsite) Brownsville, TX

Location:Brownsville, TX

Pay Range:$25/hr-$29/hr (depending on experience)

What's the Job?

• Provide on-site technical support to participants during scheduled visits
• Assist participants with porting their mobile phones to the required platform
• Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones
• Ensure proper installation of required applications and system settings
• Verify device connectivity, data synchronization, and functionality

What's Needed?

• Previous experience supporting mobile devices or healthcare technology environments (0-2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems
• Experience working in participant-facing or customer support roles
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile phones and wearable devices
