We are seeking a skilled and motivated Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) Supervisor to lead our radiology support team. This role is ideal for a licensed LMRT with strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The LMRT Supervisor will oversee daily imaging operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support the professional development of LMRT staff.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of LMRTs and radiology support staff.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of X‑ray equipment within the LMRT scope of practice.
  • Monitor adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of LMRT personnel.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate imaging services.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an LMRT, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of radiographic procedures within the LMRT scope.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting.

Salary

$55,000 - $75,000 salary based on experience and qualifications.
