As a Home Health Aide with Varco, you will play an essential role in providing quality, patient‑centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. We are looking for caring professionals who are committed to supporting patients’ daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Follow established care plans and complete visit documentation accurately and on time

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Texas (TX)
• Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervising clinicians
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients’ homes
• Valid Driver’s License

$18–$20 per visit
