The successful candidate will own the design and improvement plans for critical equipment to maximize production availability. They will be responsible for developing engineering solutions to prevent failures, supporting production teams, and conducting analyses to drive reliability improvements. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience in a manufacturing or reliability role are essential.
This position may require on-call support for critical activities.
